Return Eligibility
The Beam accepts returns within a period of thirty days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered in any way may not be eligible for return.
Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds and Store Credit
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only. Cash refunds are not provided.
Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the return meets the required conditions, the store credit will be processed for use on future purchases with The Beam.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

- Items that have been used or opened
- Items returned outside the thirty-day return period

Order Cancellation
